RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us: hello@norfolksnaturaldogstore.co.uk.
Place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order number. The return address will be provided at the time of your refund request.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your item is faulty.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, replacement or exchange. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase.
Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund, replacement or exchange. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
